Whenever I come to Tiffany’s I am greeted with a smile. I have always been very satisfied with the services I get there whether it’s a gel manicure, pedicure or waxing. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

I visited Beauty Tiffany Nail & Spa hoping for a professional experience, but unfortunately, I was met with coldness from the moment I walked in. I felt judged by Jennifer, whose tone was condescending and dismissive. When I tried to explain my specific medical needs regarding my ingrown nails—per my doctor’s orders—she told me I 'talked too much.' While I maintained my decorum and left a tip, the lack of basic respect and cultural competence was disappointing. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to a nail spa that values communication and client safety. PS: Black men stay away from here.
They ruined my nails and have no idea what they are doing. The woman didn’t even get all of my nail polish off before trying to paint them and did such a horrible job at painting them I asked to have the color removed and I would just leave without polish. The owner then stepped in and rudely buffed my nails to the point that they are down to the beds and scratched all over after I specifically asked to not have them buffed hard.
